It is now emerging that most companies are losing values in
the process and practice or a least grip on same. What is most worrying some is
that it is by design rather than accident? It starts with hiring candidates,
here candidates are misguided on information related to Job roles and then once
they join they find the role is different and then hide and seek starts with HR
and functional manger. Once onboard the lie is continued to be covered by further lies,
it is expected that the employee would sit quietly or leave and new person with
similar practice to be hired. The things have gone so worst that when speaking
to a senior management personal of top IT company he mentioned that these
things are part of planning, process and are designed. Worst tool such as
Mobile data management system and remote access are miss used to reformat or
delete data from employee’s phones or PC while in service. The only thing in
the system or management is concern about is quick gains or tribe they think belong. If you are a part
of a tribe you are protected and taken care of or else you are vulnerable. Due
to these reason process and time lines are been put out of window and this has led
to huge efficiency loss. This efficiency loss should ideally be dome for
company and since it happening larger scale for industry and countries involved
by making them noncompetitive in global market and unattractive for employees. I
hope companies take cognizance of same and correct their path and keep values and ethics alive while doing business or else this would have impact on the society at
large. In case of self correctness it is important that laws are put in place.
